Microwave squash for a healthy snack–it’s just as fast as your freezer burrito!
Rinse squash, slice the ends off, and split down the middle. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Microwave for 3-5 minutes depending on the size of the squash. Let cool and enjoy!
Buy a veggie tray, hummus, and a jar of peanut butter to set yourself up for successful snacking. Add leftovers to your meat or veggie soup during your weekend cooking routine. You won’t even have to use your knife!
